WEEDS!

A MESSAGE SERIES ON MENTAL HEALTH

It’s time to be honest about mental health. It’s ok not to be ok! Just like every garden has weeds, every one of us have struggles. We may show roses, but we all have some weeds! Everybody is either struggling with weeds or knows someone who is.

In the next five weeks, we are going to take a look at anxiety, worry, depression, suicide, self-harm and more. Jesus cares! He gets us! We believe turning to Him opens the door to getting help and hope. This series is for those who need help and hope, and for those who want to help others who are struggling.

FINANCIAL FREEDOM

COURSE 3: FAITH AND FINANCIAL LEGACY

Tuesday, April 16, 6:30 – 8:00 pm
at the Newberg Campus, Room 204

The Financial Freedom Series is designed to help everyone understand how to manage money in a Biblical way and begin to live a life free from financial worry and stress.  Course 3 will focus on paying off your mortgage and how to leave a faith legacy as well as a financial legacy to the people you love. When you are gone, your money and your stuff will all go somewhere. You can develop a plan to ensure your legacy is Kingdom focused.

CHILD DEDICATION

ON MOTHER'S DAY

Sunday, May 12
Tigard & McMinnville, 10:00 AM
Newberg, 9:00 & 10:30 AM

We believe that children are a gift from God and that raising them is a huge responsibility. But parents don’t have to face this responsibility alone. God desires to partner with parents, and we, as a church, also want to partner with parents. For this reason, we invite parents to dedicate their children to the Lord though our Parent/Child Dedication. This is an opportunity for parents of young children to make a public declaration of their commitment to raise their child “in the training and instruction of the Lord” (Ephesians 6:4), and for the church to agree to provide support and encouragement to these families.

THE CUP, THE CROSS, THE STONE

CURRENT MESSAGE SERIES

Each week, we will dive deeper into the iconic themes of Easter: The Cup, The Cross, and The Stone. This 3-week series will explore the significance and meaning of these symbols and moments in the life of Jesus, as well as their relevance in our lives, as we journey towards the celebration of Easter.

21 DAYS OF PRAYER & FASTING

MARCH 17 - APRIL 7

As we prepare for the Easter Season, we are excited to invite everyone at NCC to join us for 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting. During the 21 Days, we are encouraging everyone to do three things. First, read the daily devotion and spend time in prayer each day. Next, choose one thing to “give up” or “fast from” for the entire 21 Days. Finally, we are asking everyone to Fast Each Wednesday (FEW). We believe if you do these three things, you will be encouraged in your spiritual journey during Easter.

DID YOU KNOW WE RELEASE A DAILY DEVOTIONAL?

We believe that diving into scriptures daily is vitally important for every believer’s spiritual life. That is why we release a short devotional video every weekday, led by a member of our staff. These “Daily Devos” are a way to hear from many of the people on our team who may not make it up on stage for a worship service, but feel called to share what the Lord has placed on their hearts. We hope you will join us as we investigate God’s Word together.
